Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for branding and marketing services from prospecting to pitch.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads in real estate (multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning and inspiring proposals.
- Maintain and report on the HubSpot pipeline to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Represent the company brand and voice at industry events and conferences.
- Work with leadership to define and execute the overall company growth strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- Real estate industry experience and network strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Washington, D.C.

- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
