What you will do
- Conduct strategic outreach to existing customers and new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and territory coverage.
- Engage with Product Management to provide market feedback and support solution proposals.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, manage pipeline health, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Prioritize high-potential opportunities using market data and customer KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Must be able to work onsite in Plano, Texas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and virtual selling platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership or sales experience in professional or academic settings.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS environments.
- Coding experience or RCM-related certifications.
- HFMA certification.
- Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales processes.
