What you will do

  • Conduct strategic outreach to existing customers and new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and territory coverage.
  • Engage with Product Management to provide market feedback and support solution proposals.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, manage pipeline health, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Prioritize high-potential opportunities using market data and customer KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Plano, Texas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and virtual selling platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership or sales experience in professional or academic settings.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS environments.
  • Coding experience or RCM-related certifications.
  • HFMA certification.
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales processes.
