What you will do

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities from direct advertisers and agencies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to acquire and grow accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the media agency environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account management, and technical teams to ensure a unified customer vision.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets according to the sales plan.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
  • Knowledge of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and the RTB model.
  • Business level English and Korean proficiency.
