What you will do
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities from direct advertisers and agencies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to acquire and grow accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the media agency environment.
- Collaborate with marketing, account management, and technical teams to ensure a unified customer vision.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets according to the sales plan.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and the RTB model.
- Business level English and Korean proficiency.
