What you will do
- Manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise clients, prioritizing based on potential and identifying new business needs.
- Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach to expand international accounts.
- Provide strategic account insights by analyzing data and creating custom reports to support platform optimization.
- Act as a proactive consultant to ensure clients follow best practices and maximize their success on the platform.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from technical implementation to coordination with ad ops for successful launches.
- Lead face-to-face quarterly business reviews with stakeholders ranging from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a results-driven customer-facing role in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in dealing with and managing premium media agency clients.
- Deep understanding of the Ad Tech industry and the media agencies landscape.
- Knowledge of KPI-based campaign management and optimization towards ROI and CPA targets.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring trends and generating actionable insights.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
