What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners to drive mutual revenue and long-term success.
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships through consistent communication.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics like CPI, CPM, and ARPDAU to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and present performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations for product strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Must be based in Tokyo.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts.
  • Solid understanding of industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
