Location: Remote within Germany (with access to a Berlin office and occasional travel across the DACH region)

What you will do

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers at large e-commerce companies in the DACH region.
  • Drive account growth through up-selling and cross-selling campaigns and products.
  • Create and implement remarketing strategies tailored to different verticals.
  • Provide transparency over campaign performance to ensure premium customer service.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure superior campaign performance.
  • Travel regularly across the DACH region for face-to-face client meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry, specifically performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English (C1 or above).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Experience with business negotiations and professionalism.
