What you will do

• Own revenue growth for the German marketplace advertising business, managing pipeline quality, conversion, and upsell performance.
• Develop and manage strategic seller accounts to drive incremental advertising investment through consultative sales.
• Create insight-led campaign concepts and retail media proposals tailored to German market dynamics.
• Pitch full-funnel advertising solutions, translating performance data into clear ROI-based value propositions.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management, Ad Tech, and Customer Success teams to ensure scalable growth.
• Collect and share seller feedback to improve platform capabilities and pitch frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketplace, Retail Media, digital advertising, or B2B sales with direct revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record in strategic account management and influencing advertising investment decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen, pitching, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of marketplace growth dynamics and sponsored advertising products.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
