What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Grow core categories in the Benelux region and launch new product categories.
- Plan and execute online, in-store, and off-page activities to drive strong sales performance.
- Negotiate winning scenarios for both and the customer.
- Analyze market and sell-out data to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Organize trade shows and retail events while identifying new retailers for incremental business.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German.
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel to visit customers.
- Experience working in a sales function in direct relationship with buying groups is highly preferred.
