What you will do
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned European agency clients to maintain strong cross-market relationships.
- Analyze client data to identify insights and provide recommendations for eCommerce strategy improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Track and report on client performance using KPIs across multiple marketplaces.
- Identify and document up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive account renewals and expansion efforts to support regional revenue goals.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting.
- Fluent German and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Ability to travel across Europe for client engagements as needed.
- Comfortable working with data and developing analytical skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or support environments.
