What you will do
- Identify, approach, and secure high-impact partnerships with industry, technology, and government entities.
- Design scalable partnership offerings that align with product goals and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to convert partnership opportunities into measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Establish robust systems and processes for tracking and expanding partnership pipelines.
- Mentor the existing BD team and define the strategic growth of the department.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine partnership strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading teams and closing high-value, long-term enterprise deals.
- Strong network and ability to engage C-level stakeholders and government entities.
- Saudi nationals are highly preferred due to regional engagement requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience navigating complex business environments in the MENA region.
