What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and secure high-impact partnerships with industry, technology, and government entities.
  • Design scalable partnership offerings that align with product goals and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to convert partnership opportunities into measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish robust systems and processes for tracking and expanding partnership pipelines.
  • Mentor the existing BD team and define the strategic growth of the department.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine partnership strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and closing high-value, long-term enterprise deals.
  • Strong network and ability to engage C-level stakeholders and government entities.
  • Saudi nationals are highly preferred due to regional engagement requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience navigating complex business environments in the MENA region.
