What you will do

• Develop monthly creative strategies based on data insights, focusing on hooks, angles, and campaigns for organic and paid content.
• Oversee all creative output across paid ads, landing pages, email sequences, and video scripts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Build and manage a creative production team including designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Own and refine the brand voice, serving as the final approval for all messaging and copy before market release.
• Collaborate with growth and media buying teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative assets based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative direction within high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses.
• Proven track record overseeing funnels generating $1M+ in revenue.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing QA processes for final approvals.
• Strong copywriting literacy to effectively brief, review, and elevate team-produced copy.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on testing, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
