What you will do

• Own end-to-end creative decisions as a conceptual partner to the Head of Creative to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead the development and execution of major brand campaigns across all channels and touchpoints.
• Evolve hirify.global's visual brand identity while ensuring standards are upheld across every deliverable.
• Build and mentor the creative team to elevate collective output and standards.
• Champion and embed AI tool adoption and AI-assisted workflows into standard production practices.
• Establish creative authority and confidence with stakeholders across product, marketing, and the executive team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated ability to develop brand platforms, visual identity, and messaging architecture.
• Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns across paid, digital, social, OOH, and events.
• Active hands-on proficiency with AI creative tools and evidence of embedding them into team workflows.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing creatives.
• Proactive ownership mindset, identifying problems and driving solutions independently.
