What you will do
- Lead and develop a regional team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers.
- Partner with Sales leadership to shape pipeline strategy and drive technical execution across the opportunity lifecycle.
- Engage with senior government, military, and technical stakeholders to map mission needs to capabilities.
- Oversee the design of solution approaches across cloud, hybrid, and edge environments.
- Ensure technical consistency and knowledge sharing across the regional organization.
- Capture and escalate customer requirements and product gaps to internal engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solution architecture, or systems integration within defense, intelligence, or public sector domains.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing customer-facing technical professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
- Active or previously held government security clearance.
- Experience applying AI/ML solutions to operational use cases like computer vision or predictive monitoring.
- Experience leading technical teams across multiple countries or regions.
