What you will do

• Own and improve core HR systems (e.g. ZenHR and related government portals), ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
• Drive automation across People operations, reducing manual work in contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end onboarding, from contract creation to system access and first-day readiness.
• Maintain and improve government portal processes to ensure compliance and accuracy for employee documentation.
• Build and maintain simple documentation and user guides so the wider People team can confidently use the systems.
• Support reporting needs by ensuring systems can reliably produce accurate HR and People metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles (experience with implementation or system management is a strong advantage).
• Experience with HR platforms like ZenHR, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems.
• Understanding of compensation structures and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
• Comfort working with government portals and structured compliance workflows.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams and work with People Ops, Finance, and HR leadership.
