Что делать

  • Serve as the primary operational expert on Diia City employment requirements and track legislative changes.
  • Manage the full employee onboarding lifecycle, including agreements, residency verification, and documentation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end contractor-to-employee conversion process.
  • Handle military registration processes and ensure compliance with wartime employment obligations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Partner with Legal, Payroll, and Finance to ensure statutory reporting and risk mitigation.

Требования

  • Must have experience in HR Operations or Employment Compliance within Ukraine.
  • Strong understanding of Ukrainian labour law and Diia City frameworks.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential employee information.
