What you will do

  • Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
  • Own and manage annual new business targets and sales pipelines using CRM systems.
  • Translate complex client business challenges into digital roadmaps and commercial proposals.
  • Lead strategic pitches and present solutions to C-level stakeholders.
  • Research client business models, digital maturity, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams with aligned scope, budget, and goals.

Requirements

  • Business fluent Dutch and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in new business sales or business development within a digital agency or IT services environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B sales processes.
  • Strong consultative and strategic sales skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Leeds or York, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience within commerce, DXP, CX, or data-driven digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of international digital platforms and emerging trends.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring commercial colleagues.
  • Experience working in international client environments.
