What you will do
- Own the partner-related GTM strategy for Germany across key verticals including Company Creation, Accounting, Tax advisory, and Tech integrations.
- Build, lead, and coach high-performing teams across Business Development, Partnerships, and Affiliates with clear KPIs.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end business model for company creation, accounting, finance, and credit partnerships in Central Europe.
- Represent externally to boards, associations, and major strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to drive the delivery of product roadmap items like e-invoicing and the Financing Hub.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing BD, Partnerships, or Sales teams in Germany.
- Track record of scaling B2B2SME partnerships, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments.
- Executive presence and strong negotiation skills to influence and close deals at the C-level.
- Technical fluency in APIs and integrations; experience with DATEV or the E-Commerce ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be based in Berlin.
