What you will do
- Identify Large Enterprise target customers in the DACH market based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Develop and execute systematic outbound strategies to open new accounts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and cold calls.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees in complex organizations.
- Use social selling and market presence to gain strategic entry points into untouched enterprise accounts.
- Perform initial discovery conversations to validate business needs and ensure a structured handover to Account Executives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B experience in Large Enterprise SaaS, CX, or BPO sales with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Proven track record in pure outbound sales and breaking into cold large enterprise accounts.
- Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with VP, Director, and C-level executives.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Munich, Germany.
