What you will do

  • Identify Large Enterprise target customers in the DACH market based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Develop and execute systematic outbound strategies to open new accounts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and cold calls.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees in complex organizations.
  • Use social selling and market presence to gain strategic entry points into untouched enterprise accounts.
  • Perform initial discovery conversations to validate business needs and ensure a structured handover to Account Executives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B experience in Large Enterprise SaaS, CX, or BPO sales with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Proven track record in pure outbound sales and breaking into cold large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with VP, Director, and C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Munich, Germany.
