What you will do

• Manage the preparation and coordination of customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely distribution.
• Distribute debtor statements and follow up on outstanding payments to resolve issues promptly.
• Review and process customer refunds using multiple revenue systems.
• Oversee the AR mailbox, ensuring accurate and timely responses to maintain customer service levels.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to organizational and WHS policies.
• Support sustainability goals by promoting environmentally responsible work practices.

Requirements

• Experience utilizing revenue/point-of-sale (POS) and accounting systems.
• Qualification in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Must be based in Sydney to participate in the hybrid work model.
