What you will do

• Lead project teams through Execution Readiness and Execution phases through to final acceptance and handover to Service.
• Ensure safe and successful delivery regarding safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate alignment across Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams.
• Represent the company to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Handle contractual negotiations, claims, disputes, and active management of change orders and invoicing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects.
• Experience managing multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• Background in civil construction, manufacturing, plant engineering, or the wind energy sector (turnkey experience preferred).
• Fluent in English; applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
