Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote). Must be based in Sunnyvale or Atlanta, USA

Salary: $240,000 – $275,000 base + RSUs and bonuses

What you will do

• Scale the global Deal Desk organization and mentor regional leaders to cultivate commercial excellence.
• Transform the Quote-to-Cash journey by implementing AI and machine learning models to accelerate deal velocity.
• Modernize pricing frameworks and discounting guardrails to maximize profitable growth.
• Orchestrate cross-functional change management across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product.
• Govern complex, non-standard contracts ensuring rigorous alignment with global financial compliance standards.
• Optimize operational throughput using Salesforce CPQ and AI to reduce cycle times for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations within the enterprise SaaS domain.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling global teams in a fast-paced, public company environment.
• Deep expertise in SaaS sales cycles, contract negotiation, and complex revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and subscription billing/ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI and machine learning frameworks for operational automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
