Location: WFH / Hybrid (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu, Philippines)

What you will do

  • Manage month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.
  • Partner with internal finance teams (AP, AR, Payroll, Tax) to ensure accurate and timely financial data submission.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to gather inputs for reporting, budgeting, and forecasts.
  • Present financial insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven narratives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants to provide required documentation.
  • Support cross-functional teams in business case preparation and investment evaluations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Qualification in accounting, economics, or law.
  • CA/CPA accreditation or actively working towards it.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MYOB, and willingness to learn construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger and accounting processes, including credit management and debt collection.
  • Must be based in the Philippines (specifically Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu).
