What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring valid invoices and expense reports are processed and paid accurately within agreed timelines.
• Oversee and execute month-end activities to ensure compliance with global closing schedules.
• Supervise a team of accountants, setting annual performance goals and providing regular coaching for professional development.
• Utilize and optimize accounting systems including Ariba, Oracle Fusion, and Certify.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency within the accounting department.
• Coordinate with Treasury and other internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and verify business rationale for transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in accounts payable, general accounting, and/or audit.
• Proven supervisory experience or strong leadership potential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and various accounting software applications.
• Fluent English for effective verbal and written communication.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
