Salary: $171,000 - $262,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and scale strategic relationships with VC firms, accelerators, and AWS for Startups to drive referrals and joint GTM motions.
• Design and operate the Launchpad for Startups program, including structure, benefits, onboarding, and enablement.
• Generate a consistent flow of qualified startup leads by engaging investor portfolios and accelerator cohorts.
• Execute joint campaigns and events, such as webinars, portfolio workshops, and demo days, to build brand awareness.
• Develop success stories and narratives that demonstrate the value of the platform for founders and investors.
• Own the ecosystem-sourced pipeline and reporting to ensure visibility into deal flow and ROI.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, VC platform roles, startup business development, or B2B software GTM.
• Proven success building ecosystem programs with investors or cloud partners that drove measurable revenue.
• Experience running joint GTM campaigns, including co-branded content and digital programs.
• Track record of converting high-level relationships into leads and closed business.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills tailored for investors and founders.
• Must be based in the United States (specifically CA, MA, or NY)
