Director, Business Operations (Business Development)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Listed locations include New York, Boston, Chicago, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Toronto.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year plus bonus and potential equity.

Build an AI-powered platform that simplifies car ownership across insurance, financing, registration, safety, repairs, parking, and related services, with expansion into additional physical assets.

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing strategic partners.
• Develop business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with partner goals.
• Analyze data, identify performance trends, and improve partnership KPIs.
• Create new growth opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
• Deliver actionable insights and regular performance updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Triage operational and execution issues across partner and internal teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting.
• Experience managing complex projects from inception to completion with strong attention to detail.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to turn complex situations into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must currently reside in one of the specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
