What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to lead large-scale business transformations at key Fortune 500 accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-level technology executives to remove blockers and drive strategic value.
• Design comprehensive client technology roadmaps aligned with overarching business strategies.
• Develop and execute transformation strategies, including future state definition and consistent value realization.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a CTO, Chief Architect, or high-level technology consulting role.
• Demonstrable expertise with Pega technologies and experience delivering complex, agile digital transformations.
• Deep executive-level understanding of IT operations, organizational structures, and systems architecture.
• Knowledge of regulatory, competitive, and market influences within the financial services and insurance industries.
• Must be based in Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
