Location: Hybrid or remote across Europe (Hubs in Berlin, London, Tallinn).

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business and technical requirements.
• Deliver customised product demonstrations and solution workshops for prospective clients.
• Create technical collateral including architecture diagrams, proposals, and specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and banking teams to ensure solution compliance.
• Accelerate the sales cycle by building scalable processes and onboarding materials.
• Capture and articulate client feedback to influence product roadmap alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or client-facing roles within complex financial services.
• Deep understanding of investment products and modern brokerage infrastructure.
• Proven track record of owning technical workstreams in multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• API-literate with the ability to engage credibly with client engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Europe to support hybrid/remote work across our hubs.

Nice to have

• Business fluency (C1) in German, Spanish, French, or Italian.
