Salary: $86,400 – $198,700 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Manage targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling for one-time and triggered email sends in Marketo.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for the creation of emails and landing pages, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Analyze delivery rates and campaign efficiency to own email performance and optimization.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on email best practices, technologies, and QA processes.
  • Maintain and improve QA processes to ensure consistency across all email communications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of experience operating an email marketing platform, including coding and deployment.
  • Proficiency in HTML and experience using Litmus for email testing and rendering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience with Marketo.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B email marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing nurture programs, newsletters, and event invitations.
  • Familiarity with basic web design principles and landing page creation.
