What you will do

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns from strategy and briefing to deployment and analysis.
• Develop and optimize automated triggers and drip sequences for onboarding, abandonment, and win-back flows.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to maximize engagement.
• Segment subscriber databases to deliver personalized content based on behavior and demographics.
• Manage sender reputation, list hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with Design, Copy, and Data teams for brand consistency and CRM integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in executing email marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience with enterprise ESPs like Inflection, Intercom, or Marketo.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and performance reports.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email rendering troubleshooting.
• Experience managing high-volume promotional calendars.
• Must be based in the United States
