What you will do

• Partner with internal stakeholders to define third-party requirements and drive sourcing strategies to secure optimal pricing and services.
• Coordinate RF(x) processes for the acquisition of new vendors and contracts.
• Assist users with transactional purchases and the submission of purchase orders to vendors.
• Build and maintain strategic working relationships with assigned vendors.
• Monitor compliance with corporate purchasing policies, including travel card usage.
• Analyze and report on key spend and savings metrics across assigned categories and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of overall procurement experience, with at least 5 years specializing in IT, SaaS, and cloud categories.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Proficiency with e-Procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, or GEP.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
