What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement value-driven procurement solutions.
• Manage category spend analysis to develop actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across venues and technology teams.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, focusing on technology and/or venue operations.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills for spend analysis and category management.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, preferably Coupa.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burbank, CA.
