What you will do

• Create and deliver world-class technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients.
• Design technical architectures and solve complex business problems to drive meaningful improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to execute sales strategies.
• Analyze the operational challenges of global enterprises to evaluate the fit of Pega's technology.
• Help clients streamline critical operations and optimize customer engagement across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in technology leadership and selling enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical consulting, or software application development.
• Proven expertise in software architecture, project management, and requirements engineering.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to anticipate and address both business and IT needs.
