What you will do

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for large Public Sector accounts, advising C-suite leaders on digital transformation.
  • Drive AI and ecosystem thought leadership to influence Pega's product strategy with market intelligence.
  • Execute hunting strategies within strategic accounts to acquire new logos and expand existing footprints.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and build high-level executive networks.
  • Lead client change management to refine sales methodology and prospecting best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and ecosystem partners on demand generation and co-selling initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven success hunting for new logos and managing strategic accounts within the Public Sector.
  • Expertise in strategic prospecting and navigating complex enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements, content, or industry awards.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.
  • Ability to influence product direction based on client feedback.
