What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with client contacts and senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary program owner and day-to-day contact for assigned account portfolios.
• Manage program scope, timelines, and financial performance according to Service Agreements.
• Own revenue and gross profit (GP) targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Identify and develop program enhancements and present recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with internal Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver program components.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of experience in client relationship or account management.
• Four-year college degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for reporting and presentations.
• Basic financial literacy for program performance and budget support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
