What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to align organization design, talent, and workforce decisions with business priorities.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and high performance, raising the talent bar across the organization.
  • Coach managers and senior leaders through performance conversations and leadership challenges.
  • Support the transition to AI-native operating models and navigate capability shifts across teams.
  • Manage key talent processes including succession planning, performance management, and internal mobility.
  • Handle complex employee relations and governance, ensuring compliant decision-making in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HRBP in a scaling tech, SaaS, or fast-moving international environment.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior leaders through organizational change and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch employment law and employee relations.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Confidence and pragmatism in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
