What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into people strategy across multiple geographies.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including cross-border issues and legal implications.
• Partner with the business on change management, culture shifts, and team transitions.
• Define and track critical people metrics such as retention, engagement, and headcount efficiency.
• Collaborate on AI-powered HR transformation and the implementation of intelligent process automation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP role.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and operating at a strategic level.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Experience managing complex employment environments across multiple geographies.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in daily professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech or software services organizations.
• Knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Change management certification.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, Power Automate).
• Ukrainian language proficiency.
