Salary: $320,000–$360,000 OTE

What you will do
- Grow, develop, and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new logos and expanding existing enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to implement infrastructure, processes, and tactics to improve sales operations.
- Iterate on GTM strategy by monitoring market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and metrics to the leadership team.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling innovation or new technology to VP and C-level buyers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-performing Strategic Sales teams.
- Proven track record in growth-stage SaaS companies ($5M–$50M ARR).
- Experience managing minimum deal sizes of $1MM with 6 to 12-month+ sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of complex sales methodologies (team selling, multi-stakeholder selling, ABM/ABS).
- Ability to travel 30% of the time as required by the role.
