Salary: $149,800 - $228,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic C-suite relationships with Tier 1 Federal and State SIs such as Leidos, GDIT, and Accenture.
• Execute joint GTM strategies focused on modernization, cloud, and Agentic AI to align with Federal priorities.
• Co-create scalable partner offerings and accelerators that embed Pega into core delivery and capture strategies.
• Own Total Partner Impact (TPI) across sourced, co-sell, and resell motions to convert pipeline into revenue.
• Lead workshops, innovation sessions, and enablement to deepen technical expertise and advocacy within partner organizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the D.C. area with the ability to travel to partner sites.
• 12+ years of experience in Federal Government IT, enterprise software sales, or partner management.
• Proven track record of C-level influence within Tier 1 Federal SIs.
• Deep expertise in GTM strategies, joint solution offerings, and demand generation within the Federal market.
• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud solutions and Federal Cloud compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of enterprise workflow, AI/ML, or low-code platforms.

Nice to have

• Pega certifications (CSA, CBA) or willingness to obtain them.
• Existing relationships within State Government IT leadership or contractor ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree.
