What you will do
- Manage financial aspects of sales including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Lead AI-driven innovation initiatives to improve pipeline generation and sales productivity.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation for deal progression and proposal development.
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to execute data-driven demand generation strategies.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alabama, United States
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software sales with financial management exposure.
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams, including operations and forecasting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and modern sales technologies.
- Strong analytical skills including P&L analysis and data-driven decision-making.
