What you will do

  • Manage financial aspects of sales including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead AI-driven innovation initiatives to improve pipeline generation and sales productivity.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation for deal progression and proposal development.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to execute data-driven demand generation strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Alabama, United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales with financial management exposure.
  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams, including operations and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and modern sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills including P&L analysis and data-driven decision-making.
