What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including process controls and KPI management.
  • Lead P2P-related projects such as SAP enhancements, rollouts, workflow automation, and e-invoicing implementations.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across business functions and IT.
  • Analyze operational challenges like blocked invoices, GR/IR aging, and master data inconsistencies to create actionable solutions.
  • Support solution design, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and user adoption.
  • Establish governance structures, status reporting, and benefits tracking to drive transparency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in P2P process management and/or SAP-enabled transformation projects within Finance and Procurement.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FI-AP and MM, including Purchasing, GR/IR, and Invoice Verification.
  • Proven experience collaborating with IT delivery teams and external service providers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for explaining complex topics.
  • Hands-on, proactive working style with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and matrix-driven environments.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience with OCR solutions, workflow tools, and Power BI.
