Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid setup)

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of real estate and home staging projects.
• Coordinate appointments with craftsmen, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and follow up on internal and external meetings.
• Organize furniture, decoration, materials, and project logistics.
• Maintain project plans, checklists, status overviews, and documentation.
• Manage quotations from external service providers and maintain inventory lists.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field for at least one year.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with an independent working style.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
