Salary: $108,900 – $136,000 + Annual bonus

What you will do

  • Direct the development and execution of strategic deal plans to maximize revenue and margins while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Coordinate between sales, finance, legal, and Information Security teams to remove roadblocks and expedite deal closures.
  • Monitor deal parameters to ensure strict adherence to internal controls and external regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Assess and refine deal desk policies and tools to enhance scalability and automate the review process.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of deal desk data to provide insights into win-loss metrics and performance trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with RFPs, RFIs, and creating custom deal structures.
  • Must be based in the US (indicated by US benefits and local presence).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
  • Ability to present effectively to all business levels, including the C-Suite.
  • BA/BS degree; master’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Technology and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industries.
