TL;DR

Deal Desk Lead (SaaS): Managing the quote-to-sign process and commercial operations for a high-growth AI sales platform with an accent on pricing strategy, contract structure, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building scalable deal approval workflows, ensuring data integrity across GTM systems, and partnering with Legal and Finance to accelerate revenue cycles.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $145,000–$190,000

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and scale revenue operations.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve quote-to-sign and deal approval processes for new business, expansions, and renewals.
  • Manage day-to-day deal desk operations, including pricing validation, order form QA, and signature workflows.
  • Partner with Legal to review and negotiate commercial and operational contract terms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and CS teams on deal structuring and economic guardrails.
  • Maintain high data quality across HubSpot, CPQ, and billing systems.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to mature commercial infrastructure, including CPQ optimization and CLM implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or commercial operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing quote, order form, and contract workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and spreadsheet tools.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS economics, discounting, and standard commercial terms.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and balance urgent tickets with long-term projects.
  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week (M/T/Th).

Nice to have

  • Experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing tools.
