TL;DR

Business Development Lead (AEC): Expanding hirify.global’s presence in new EMEA markets with an accent on France, Spain, Italy, and Poland. Focus on identifying revenue opportunities, building strategic relationships within the AEC industry, and designing GTM plans.

Location: Remote Eligible (London, GB). Must be willing to travel as required to emerging markets in EMEA.

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new markets, segments, and strategic accounts to grow revenue across EMEA.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners within the AEC industry.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies and campaigns aligned with growth and profitability goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and research to understand regulatory landscapes and customer needs.
  • Provide structured market feedback and intelligence to leadership to shape product roadmaps.
  • Align regional initiatives and partnership strategies with global business objectives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in business development or regional sales in markets such as France, Spain, Italy, and Poland.
  • Deep experience in consultative selling to enterprise customers within the AEC industry or similar B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and sustaining long-term relationships with AEC clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to emerging markets.
