What you will do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of up to 9 Mid Market Account Executives in EMEA.
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across the region.
- Improve outbound, inbound, and sales execution processes.
- Support sales representatives on strategic and complex deals.
- Build a high-performance and high-accountability sales culture.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams.
- Experience managing commercial Account Executives.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, CRM workflows, and pipeline management.
- Tech-savvy profile comfortable with selling technical security products.
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing startup environments.
- Fluent in English.
