What you will do
- Manage partner deal operations, including registration, SFDC opportunity hygiene, and quoting workflows.
- Oversee global partner contract databases, ensuring compliance, tier status, and audit readiness.
- Execute cloud marketplace operations for AWS, Azure, and GCP, focusing on co-sell tracking and CRM automation.
- Perform partner data analysis and reporting to support pipeline reviews and MDF allocation.
- Develop partner onboarding workflows, intake processes, and NFR license key management.
- Build and maintain operational infrastructure, including task queues and cross-functional project trackers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel, revenue, or partner operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, specifically with deal registration and opportunity management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud marketplaces (AWS ACE/CPPO, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to manage large contract portfolios and coordinate complex signature workflows.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strict attention to data accuracy and discipline in CRM and dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience with PRM tools such as ChannelScaler or MindMatrix.
- Familiarity with Tackle.io or similar marketplace transaction platforms.
- Experience with CLM tools or managing channel incentive programs end-to-end.
- Prior experience in high-growth SaaS companies scaling partner programs.
