Salary: Up to £86,000

What you will do

• Coach individuals, teams, and leaders to embed agile values, foster collaboration, and enable continuous improvement.
• Assess agile maturity and analyze how agile practices are applied within teams and the wider organizational system.
• Create and improve data on agility and Product Delivery to drive transparency and data-driven decision-making.
• Design and facilitate inclusive workshops for teams, departments, and senior stakeholders.
• Champion agile and lean standards and practices across the organization and with external partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and upskilling colleagues and leaders at all levels.
• Proven track record of implementing change and maturing agile practices with demonstrable impact.
• Advanced skills in session design and facilitation across different stages of the product development lifecycle.
• Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills.
• Deep passion for agile, lean, and systems thinking.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
