What you will do

• Drive US market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
• Source, engage, and close high-caliber talent to build initial hiring plans.
• Support fundraising efforts, including preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
• Establish the company's US presence, including office setup and operating structures.
• Manage external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
• Act as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), venture capital, or high-performance startup operating roles.
• Strong generalist skills across strategy, hiring, and operations.
• High agency and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent judgment for prioritization and decision-making with incomplete data.
• Clear and concise communication for senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Must be based in the United States.
