What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives to define product offerings and market positioning.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to execute the company roadmap.
• Optimize digital product flows and platform experiences to align with business KPIs.
• Scale the departmental operating system by identifying and removing process bottlenecks.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership using advanced financial modeling and data analytics.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through to measurable implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (required for 401k/HSA benefits and LA office travel).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations, including 2+ years at a Manager/Senior Manager level.
• Background in Top-Tier Management Consulting (MBB, Big Four) or a high-growth Fintech/Tech environment.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics.
• Experience collaborating with Product teams to optimize customer journeys and workflows.
