What you will do
- Supervise, monitor, and ensure the quality delivery of the Care Connect project through regular partner accompaniment and field visits.
- Develop and implement project work plans, managing timelines and reporting progress to the Project Coordinator.
- Manage financial reports and budgets, ensuring all expenditures comply with and donor policies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, CSOs, NGOs, and private sector institutions.
- Coordinate advocacy and communications activities to ensure alignment with strategic program objectives.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, managing service contracts, consultancies, and asset inventory.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the project management cycle, including planning, monitoring, and financial management.
- Experience in advocacy, campaigns, and research focused on gender, development, and women's economic empowerment.
- Proven competency in grants management and donor compliance.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Filipino.
- Must be a Philippine National.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Do-No-Harm principles and conflict sensitivity.
- Experience with People Soft tools for project management.
- Background in implementing capacity development initiatives for partner organizations.
- Knowledge of Women, Peace and Security frameworks.
